Arrived from KL via PD yesterday morning. Got a lift from Peng How's driver who was sending the manager's children to school in Sremban. From there I took a bus to KL and immediately booked another bus to SP. Reached SP at about 3.30pm. Spent the whole of this afternoon walking around the town. Will be taking a train to HDY tomorrow morning at about 7.30am. Will probably arrive at HDY at about 9.30 am Thai time. If I'm able to catch the next train to BKK which leaves at about 3.30 pm, then I'll hop onto the train and go straight on instead of spending a night in HDY.

                  Just arrived here from Sg. Petani this morning. Train was delayed for half an hour. Reached HDY at about 11am (Thai time) Immediately I booked a ticket with sleeping berth to BKK. It is now only 1.00pm.My train doesn't leave until 4.45pm, so I do not know how to kill time except to go around the town and then pop into a shopping centre, order a cup of coffee and watch the girls go by until its time to board the train. Train will reach BKK tomorrow at about 11.10 am. I would not be putting up a night  there. Instead I will proceed to Ayuthaya by train, about 70 km away. Then from there I'll slowly take a bus to the various small towns along the way.
