We took an early bus to Kanchanaburi for 6.70 Bts each. For brunch we went to Cola Coffeehouse near the Bus Station. We took a Tuk tuk to Sam's House and settled for a 350 Bts. room each with aircond, hot bath and twin beds. Sam's House was built on one of River Kwai tributaries. The place wass cool and quiet. |

We rented a bicycle for 20 Bts each and cycled all over Kanchanaburi for more than 8 hours. We cycled to the Bridge of River Kwai, Kanchanaburi Town, Chung Kai Cementry, JEATH Museum, wet market, Wats and country side. Sometimes we had to push our bicycle uphill. At Kanchanaburi market, we had Leng Chee Kang with Soya bean. Ah Whatt bought some Otak to go along with our port that night. |

For dinner we landed at Cola
Coffee House again. Tee Meng loved the Green Curry Chicken but I loved
the steaming hot tomyam kum better. You could see steam gushing out of
one's nostrils whenever he took a sip.
We finished the Otak, port and two bottles of Singha Beer that night before we retired to bed. |
